Proud tail raised high to show-off her newfound rank, Sleetstorm -no, Sleetstar- raised her silvery white face, allowing a pair of icy blue eyes that adorned her features to survey her camp. The leafbare season did not enhance the finer points of the camp, and the usually dead, hallowed trees looked even less inviting than when it was newleaf.
Tree by hallowed tree, the leader poked her head within the nursery, apprentice, elder, and warrior dens. Each one she stepped curtly inside and inspected. They don't look like much from the outside, but inside they can be warm and snug enough she mused, flicking her tail in satisfaction as she continued to prowl.
